Return & Exchange Policy

1️⃣ Eligibility for Returns

Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

3️⃣ Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a website error or defective product.

Any additional customs, taxes, or fees for international returns are the responsibility of the customer.

4️⃣ Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned product is received and inspected.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method within [7–10 business days].

Shipping fees paid during the original purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error from our side.
